Jesse and Blake were amazing to work with and I can’t recommend them enough! In January 2024 I discovered a leak in my primary bedroom and I contacted Signature Roof and Chimney late in the afternoon. Jesse and Blake came out first thing the next morning and located the source of the leak – an ice dam in the valley of the shared roof between mine and my neighbor’s townhomes. They cleared the dam, took all necessary photos and provided a very reasonable repair estimate for my home insurance claim. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about and helpful in explaining how shingles on a flat roof valley are not recommended and that area of the roof should have a membrane to prevent water from seeping under the shingles, which can cause major leaks. Jesse followed up with me on a regular basis while my claim was being processed so we could get the roofing job scheduled in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for better communication or for a better team to complete the work on my roof. They were also ready and willing to talk to my insurance adjustor, my neighbor and his insurance company throughout the process and were happy to split the billing between the two properties to alleviate me having to be the middleman between all parties. Additionally, when my neighbor asked them to give him an estimate to replace his roof they found black mold throughout his attic and when I asked Jesse to check my attic to be safe, he didn’t hesitate to do that on the day they repaired the valley (thankfully no mold on my side!). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jesse and Blake for future jobs as they were truly outstanding! Thanks, guys!

We discovered we had leaking siding with dry rot on the sheathing underneath. Because the sheathing is under the siding, it is difficult to know exactly how much damage was done and what the overall costs would be. Signature Roof and Chimney provided us with a very good and honest estimate before the job and did excellent work both repairing the damage as well as making sure they had discovered the full extent of the damage so we wouldn’t have any nasty surprises in the future. They were very efficient and easy to work with. I recommend them unreservedly for any siding or roofing work you might need done on your home.
